We Connect with the Family

Referrals submitted before 4 p.m. receive same-day outreach from our team to guide the family through next steps and answer questions.

Care Provider Onboarding

Families select someone they know and trust to provide care, and we guide that provider through onboarding, including an online application, and paid background check, CPR and First Aid training.

Services Begin

After we receive the authorization from the Regional Center and the provider completes onboarding, care can start quickly so individuals receive the support they need without unnecessary delays.
