Getting started is simple

Step 1

Find Your Regional Center

Contact your local Regional Center by following the link below. If deemed eligible for services, you will be assigned a Service Coordinator.

Step 2

Receive Referral and Authorization

Work with your Service Coordinator to understand eligibility, and get a referral to initiate services through 24 Hour Home Care.

Step 3

Onboard Caregiver and Start Services

Our care team will reach out to onboard the caregiver selected by your family. Once completed, they can then begin providing services, log hours and receive payment.

How does my loved one begin receiving services from 24 Hour Home Care?

First, you must contact your local regional center to determine if your loved one is eligible to receive care hours. Click here to find your assigned regional center.

The state of California covers service costs through the regional center system. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for a family to receive services.

We work with all 21 regional centers across California and provide services across the entire state.
